The Avenue renovation was completed by our team at MJ Harris Group, which included a kitchen update and both bathroom and ensuite. Located in Parkville, this apartment has been completely transformed by our team of designers and tradespeople. With what once was a drab and dark kitchen is now a bright, open and functional kitchen. The existing kitchen had beige tiles on the floor with beige carpet in the rest of the house. We made the decision to remove all the flooring and tile throughout to create a consistent and cohesive space. The large format polished Capri tile from National Tiles was chosen as it bounced the natural light and opened the space up completely. Being return clients, they really trusted our decision and judgement when it came to designing their space. We opted for classic white shaker profile for the kitchen cabinetry with a pop of green coming through on the back of the island. This was tied in by the inclusion of the fum and quirky splashback tile. The bench mounted Perrin & Rowe kitchen tap was included to add a touch of character and charm.
