A beautifully balanced, sun-soaked home

When stepping inside Rattray Road you’ll notice the calming warmth of the white and timber palette which is accentuated by brass fixtures that capture the natural light beaming through the house.

To maintain a bright and airy atmosphere, we kept a consistent colour palette of white, timber, and brass throughout the home. As part of the renovation, we relocated the main bathroom and added an ensuite, while revamping the existing laundry room.

The kitchen was a significant part of the brief, as our client loves to bake. It needed to provide ample storage and workspace and accommodate a large fridge. The kitchen’s location was carefully considered to ensure it flowed with the living and dining areas. To enhance the home’s open floor plan, we designed a U-shaped kitchen with a peninsula island and a window splashback that allows natural light to flood in.

The home now functions perfectly for our client’s young family.
