Eaglemont   |   Home Renovations   |   Kitchen Renovations   |   Bathroom Renovations   |   Laundry Renovations
  |   Design by Naomi

This Eaglemont full home renovation started with the kitchen as the focal point, where we relocated the bench area to be more centralised, creating a better view of the living area and pulling the kitchen out of the corner. The cylindrical range hoods reference the curves of the island bench and tie in with the Zetr switches, while the Alba wWhite Lithostone used for the bench portrays soft movement that connects well with the rest of the home.

The white steel doors with a thin line profile and brass fittings lead into the living room where the original fireplace has been transformed using soft curved marble tiles and sheer curtains, creating a stunning and elegant look that connects the different rooms of the house.

We renovated three bathrooms, including the family bathroom, which originally had a glass brick wall that doubled as a curved feature wall in the living room. We removed the glass brick wall, a controversial decision within our interior design team, however, in doing-so, created more space and functionality for a growing family. We incorporated a generous-sized free-standing bath and a large walk-in shower and added a skylight above the bath for beautiful views while you unwind.

The guest bathroom is the only space we used a feature tile, which added a bit of fun to the room, while still feeling connected to the rest of the house with the walnut vanity and large scale tiles on the floors and walls.

In the laundry, we removed the mudroom and some joinery from one side, creating a bigger space that backs onto an exterior wall, allowing for natural light and a view of the backyard.

The layout of the master suite was reconfigured to incorporate a larger ensuite and a new walk-in-robe. Full-length windows with sheer blinds were installed to provide filtered light and open up the bedroom space, creating a serene parents’ retreat. The ensuite is designed with large tiles, making it easy to maintain and adding a luxurious touch. Additionally, a skylight was added to the walk-in-robe to infuse the area with natural light.
