Say ‘hello’ to our wonderful Customer Happiness team who will kick-off your journey with us. Together, you’ll discuss the who, what, where, when, why and how’s of your dream space. Following this chat, we’ll send you our Brief Builder – an online questionnaire that gives you the opportunity to tell us exactly what you want, share some inspiration and help us match you with the perfect interior designer for your project.
Now that we’ve had the chance to get to know you, it’s time for you to meet the team. During this consultation, you will be introduced to our Director Mike and the interior designer assigned to you. You will meet either in-person or connect via video chat to discuss your project in further detail. Here, we’ll chat about all the ins and outs of your renovation including layouts, floor plans, fittings, fixtures and colours, budget and timeline.
Time for us to get to work! At this stage, your interior designer will be busy creating your dream space and will be preparing a design concept for you that will include floor plans, 3D visualisations, fittings, fixtures and sample selections. Once the design is ready, we’ll send you the concept to mull over. Working together with your designer, you’ll finalise the concept to suit your wants, needs and budget.
Let’s talk money. Our team of estimators will review the final design, analyse every detail and provide you with a final quote for the scope of works.
Today’s the day. Set your alarms because our team will be knocking on your door bright and early! On day one, you’ll meet your Construction Manager, Project Manager, Site Supervisor and the trades that will be kicking off your renovation. Your designer will be there to do a final run through of the project with your assigned team, answering any questions you or they might have. Once everything has been covered, we’ll get out of the trades way and let the demolition begin!
The team assigned to your project will remain on top of all the happenings at your home and ensure you are consistently updated about how the renovation is progressing. Your team will help resolve any issues that occur during the construction phase and also act as a form of quality control on all aspects of the build, including assessing material and finishes. Your designer and construction manager will review the progress of the renovation weekly to ensure it stays true to the design vision and standard we have become so well known for.
