And we even take care of all the pre-renovation planning requirements, working with our preferred draftsman, surveyor and engineer to obtain all necessary permits and inspections. With extensive experience in management & a qualification of a Diploma of Events Management Kristy is our go-to lady for all office & administration requirements. With over 10 years experience as a Qualified Carpenter with a Certificate 4 in Building & Construction, Luke has helped to form a high level of quality for all areas of construction at the M.J.Harris Group. Luke is the driving force behind M.J.Harris Carpentry and has enjoyed seeing the company grow since its foundation. Luke loves the people he works with, though outside of work, he enjoys welding and making furniture.

Ben joined the M.J.Harris group in 2015 and quickly became a necessary asset to our team. With experience running his own business and as a leading carpenter working on both renovations and new builds, Ben finds great enjoyment in seeing a happy customer at the end of a project. Ben is incredibly well travelled and thoroughly enjoys finding new places to visit.
Chris knows all the ins and outs of the M.J.Harris group & is highly regarded for his experience & knowledge in Logistics Management. With extended training in the building industry, Chris is a valuable member of our team. As an early member of the M.J.Harris Group, he has enjoyed seeing the company grow, and likes working with friends and family. Chris also enjoys football, gaming, seeing his mates and working on his house.

Scott Vaughn is our Painting Operations Manager and has been with the M.J.Harris Group for 5 years. Scott is a qualified Painter and Decorator and has a wealth of knowledge in the painting industry with over 20 years of experience. He is passionate about seeing our team exceed our clients expectations. Scott also enjoys spending time with his family, trying to keep active and catching up with the tribe.
