Wells St Southbank Apartment Kitchen Renovation

Buying an apartment in the City of Melbourne can give you access to some of the best locations in the city as well as the amenities that apartments have to offer. Our Wells St, Southbank clients loved their location and apartment lifestyle and came to M.J. Harris Group for help to renovate their apartment and give them the luxury home they were looking for, as well as making some slight design improvements to increase useable space in the home.

The colour palette for this Southbank Apartment renovation was to keep it light and bright but also incorporate warmth with timber elements, together with sleek black fixtures and fittings to ground the space and present a sophisticated look. As part of our service, the M.J. Harris Group Design team expertly design the layout, research the finishes for the home and also provide guidance and expertise for colour selections: for our Wells Street project, Dulux ‘Ticking’ was used to paint the vertical panelling on the feature walls and also the 2pac joinery in the kitchen, resulting in a beautiful charcoal blue finish.
